It was fantastic from beginning to end! The only bad part was that we had to leave! We hope to return sometime! From the delightful and gracious host, Francesca, we were so comfortable and happy there. The apartment was super clean, top amenities and location were all superb.

Nothing!

Firstly the apartment is huge. Fast internet, beautiful kitchen amenities, stylish furniture, and amazing location right in the heart of La Spezia. The host has really thought of it all from board games, treats, amazing recommendations / local advice. The host picked us up from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. It was a favourite for us, for sure!

We wish we booked more nights here! :)

We had an excellent stay! The property is beautifully designed and decorated and extremely well-appointed, with very spacious rooms and lovely high ceilings. The bathroom is large with a fantastic rainwater shower, and the kitchen has everything you need including high-spec appliances. The balcony is lovely too. The apartment is incredibly clean - we felt like its first guests! The location is perfect - central and within walking distance of everything you would want, but quiet and off the main drag. As for our host, Francesca went above and beyond to ensure we had everything during our stay and was so welcoming, kind and friendly! She even picked us up from the station and drove us to the property. At the end of our stay, after check out, she made arrangements to store our bags which was a huge help to us given we had a late night flight. She also provided us with a detailed list of restaurant recommendations (all of which were excellent!). This place is a real gem, Francesca is a star - I don't have a bad word to say, and I would highly recommend!

Perfect apartment! Everything was exactly as it is in the photos. Two separate bedrooms, a very impressive living room with a large TV and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen. Great location with many cafes and bakeries in the area. No problems with the keys. We just loved it!

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful with all the equipment you need for a wonderful holiday! Francisca is a truly thoughtful and caring host. She was very helpful and made us feel very special and welcomed in La Spezia. She even organised a baby bed, some toys and a high chair for our one year old daughter, who absolutely loved the apartment. She answered our questions immediately and was always available for the best tips. We were even picked up and taken back to the train station which was so helpful with a toddler and lots of luggage. An amazing host and we miss her already! Thank you Francisca❤️ we hope to see you soon again!

Nothing, we are very happy!

Beautiful, modern, spacious, air-conditioned apartment with a balcony, two large double bedrooms, marble bathroom/wet room, huge flat screen TV and a very highly specified kitchen (including Miele oven, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso machine, juicer(!), washer and dryer) with high quality cookware and utensils. Right in the middle of the old town, close to great restaurants and cafes but no street noise thanks to some exceptional glazing. Host is the best I've ever dealt with - met us off the train and was friendly, gracious and helpful throughout our stay.

Honestly, nothing.

Beautiful and great location.
