Coffee shop, laundry and pool on one level

Seems to be “exclusive” living but the apartment itself was dirty. The porch door was super hard to open and close. We managed one time to open it. Floor lamp breaks in half when lifting to move it so we could have a light by the bed. Why stumble in the dark to turn on/off light? See pictures.

Clean and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 balconies with the view on the pool. The Metro Parm Residence has gym and also a big sort of mini bars, coffee shop, bakery and mini market. It has all you need, it is 30 minutes to city centre and 30 minutes to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. It is located in West Jakarta (in my opinion the safetiest part of Jakarta). The hosts are very nice and provide us with all information needed. Check-in and out is very simple. They also give us an opportunity for late check-out.

Nothing I didn’t like. Everything was ok.

Everuthing was super, Erik is super host very joyful. He gave a key with the instructions. Everything was ok, apartment has 2 bedrooms with super materes that is super comfortable, apartment has nice view on the pool and is clean. We spent one day but we could more if we haven’t have flight to Bali. On the ground of this building there are a lot of possibilities to eat (all kinds od cusine) and we went to super bakery and mini market. All people are very kind.

The location is good for who wants a quieter place. It’s a big city so noise is normal but compared to hotels we stayed in Jakarta this apartment is good located with everything we needed just nearby. The ground floor has restaurants (really good ones and cheap), laundry shop, convenience store…etc. The hosts, Eric & Yuki, are super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Terima kasih

The only thing that should be improved is the issue with mold. There was a bit mold because of the aircon, which was easy to clean with some vinegar mixed with water. The bathroom too has some mold, it would be good to pay attention to it time to time.
