Very cute and cozy room in an excellent location. Has all the necessities and very comfortable. The facilities are also very nice, especially the kitchen.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom. Not really an issue, just a minor inconvenience.

Lovely apartment. Great location. The owner was so helpful with all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great location - a relaxing, residential area close to the city centre with a supermarket less than five minutes away. The property's facilities are excellent and in good order, with access to a shared full-sized kitchen and dining room (with its view of the city). The host is quick to respond and super helpful too. After a four night stay for a work trip, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Although I'm short in height I initially found the eaves awkward to navigate because I'm not used to rooms with sloping roofs - maybe something to bear in mind when choosing which of the four rooms to book.

Very quirky and lovely property in a great location. The host was very prompt in communications.

We stayed on the very top floor and it did get quite warm so maybe air conditioning would help. Also no privacy with the toilet so a more solid door might assist. Understand though that it is a tight space in the roof with excellent views so it’s a trade-off I guess.

Good location, very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Nice view over Exeter from our window. Good communications from the host.

Hadn't realised that the kitchen was shared with 2 other apartments, also the toilet didn't have a proper door just a frosted glass screen. Wasn't too thrilled to have to pay extra to park our car in the drive.
