Easy to find and convenient for Exeter town centre. We were able to drop off our bags prior to check-in time, which was a big plus. The shared kitchen is well-equipped, clean, and modern.

The booking.com listing is slightly confusing about which room is which. We had a room on the top floor, which given that it is in the roof space, has pitched ceilings. This means it's a smaller space than it looks.
