HI Downtown Apartment A308

The building is nice and feels safe, located in a great area. The apartment itself is facing the courtyard so no loud sounds from the street. The host was responsive and helpful. There are several apartments hired in the same building so it's well organized all in all. Beds and towels were nicely prepared.

The shower curtain is definitely in need of replacement and the apartment could use a little TLC but for the price it's definitely good!

Heating didn’t work in the living room and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned.

Dirty under the beds where garbages. They obviously had not clean for a long time

Location is fair

The building was like made of paper, you could hear neighbours through the walls as if they were in the room. Many flats are for rent, including the adjesent ones, so if they are having a drink and a laugh, or just being noisy getting back from a night out, the noise level is extremely high. During our stay one company of students shared a flat next to ours, the first night they got drunk in the city, they lost their flat keys and one can only imagine the fuss, shouting and banging on the door to wake up their friends that stayed in the flat just to get in. Had to intervene to shut them all up. After that we had no problems with the noise from the corridor, but through the wall you could hear even their conversations in normal tone. Luckily for us, we tend to walk all over the city and explore, enjoy evening meals and events, so we returned to our flat rather late each day, largely missing them going out or coming back. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone with small kids, or even light sleepers.

The bed in the room was very small, the door handle was broken . The bathroom was a bit dirty, towels really small for the shower.

Good and pleasant communication, excellent location, nice and safe building.

Everything was in order, clean and nice.
