The location is absolutely perfect — you step out of the house and you’re right on the beach. The studio was cozy and nicely decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. There are plenty of nearby taverns with delicious food, and even a supermarket offering delivery service. The owner, Spyros, was very kind and responsive. Overall, a good value for money.

The main downside was the bathroom. When we arrived, the water supply to the toilet was turned off — and it quickly became clear why: the tank wasn’t holding water properly. The issue was fixed after we reported it, but it’s unclear why such maintenance wasn’t done between guests. Even after the mechanism was replaced, we still occasionally had to fill a bucket with water to flush manually. Another issue was the air circulation. If we opened the windows, mosquitoes came in; if we turned on the air conditioner, it was either freezing cold or barely noticeable. Without either option, it quickly became hot and stuffy. Although the bed was soft and the pillows comfortable, the sleep was never quite restful because of that. Lastly, the bed linens felt quite worn out — the sheets and blankets had noticeable pilling, and it might be time to replace them more frequently.

The place is really nice and the location it's more than perfect. You have everything you need

The big minuses were the mosquitoes invasion, which didn't let us to stay outside and the fact that the room wasn't cleaned for at least 5 days, when we stayed there
