No complimentary water. They charged me 30k for 2 water bottles. Staff can be more friendly

The room was huge and clean. The kitchen was as promised BUT no pots,pans,plates, cutlery and as I can't eat spicy food I had to buy it ALL as literally not even a teaspoon was provided

Lack of ANY kitchen essentials, I mean ZERO

The rooftop pool area was a nice place to hang out in the evening when it was no longer hot The pet lizard was an unexpected addition- we didn’t mind them but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea The neighbourhood is very not touristy … lots of great coffee spots and some good local style restaurants but you won’t get English menus!

The bathroom was not clean - the grout is mouldy and there was takeout containers in the trash

The view from the rooftop pool was nice

The rooms were not properly clean as though it had not been changed since the previous visitors,the pillow cases and cushions had a bad smell and despite hanging the door sign and informing the reception,they were still not changed and the door sign was returned to the room. The bathroom also had hair on the tiles. Upon arrival we were given two rooms on separate floors and said it would be okay if we were to leave earlier and we would be refunded the remaining amount. But on the day of departure we were refused and said it wasn't allowed, until the lady finally agreed - after reading reviews this seems to be a recurring issue. Maintenance needs to be done in rooms, with loads of scratch marks on walls and floors.
