Nearest to airport

during my stay for 3 days and 2 nights I had to experience the power outage in the place twice. I hope the condo will fix this ASAP or have a generator to support the outage supply.

The owner was very kind and generous—he gave me free coffee, tea, bottled water, and fruits. I also appreciated the wide SMART TV, fast internet, and the abundance of utensils and kitchenware provided.

"Apartment is not maintained"

Location is good. The apartments layout is good but not maintained

Appliances are not working. Mold in the bathroom. The drain in the sink has no cover. So many cockroaxes. I stopped counting at 30. Crawling on me at night. Even one in my boxershorts. The fall down from the top of the door when opening. I had to shake towels and clothes every time

"The room is well furnished. A pity the lack of hygiene and cleanliness"

Good Internet connection, good hot water pressure in the shower, confortable bed, coffee/fruits/biscuits welcome basket, free water

Unfortunately the room had very serious hygiene problems. The bathroom was dirty, even with toothpaste stains from the previous tenant (maybe the person in charge of cleaning the room had forgotten to do it). The kitchenette and the room in general required the intervention of a professional hygiene company which the landlord promptly offered. Unfortunately I am allergic to chemicals and logistically it would have been impossible for me to sleep in the room after their intervention. With the landlord the communication was good although living far from the island it is perhaps a little difficult for him to take good care of the room. I am sure that he will take steps to remedy these inconveniences in the near future
