10 Minutes to Downtown Free Parking, AC

Nothing, I had a terrible experience.

The place did not have AC and the property owner expected me to stay there until “his guy” went to check it out. I asked for a refund and he offered the unit next door. While it was bigger, it was very dirty (floors, window blinds, laundry room, sofas). The kitchen utensils were incomplete, there was 1 plate, 2 spoons and about 10 knives. There was a lot of leftover food packages and condiments in a plastic bag hidden in one of the kitchen cabinets. The owner asked me to move back to the unit without AC bc he had rented the house, despite agreeing with me to not make that request until the AC was fixed. Booking was useless, they are on the side of the property owners, not the customers. I was promised an inconvenience fee, have it on paper and a few hours later they retracted it.

Nothing, except it was close to the location we had our event.

The property was faulty, the A/C was faulty, the fridge could not make ice and smelled like weed.

I really liked the small, cozy feel. It was exactly what I needed for the weekend.

I didn't like the parking options. There was one car that stayed in the driveway so if I had a car with me I would've been blocked in or if I parked behind them, I would've had to get up extra early to move. The grass parking area was a short walk down the street but the traffic is so heavy, I was nervous walking back up to the house. One other small thing. I needed an iron.

the location was great. it was wonderful to have a full kitchen. the place was clean, cozy and comfortable;just right for a week-end visit.

it would be important to know that immediately upon entering there is a step down into the apartment
