"Room 14C South Tower under Nicole Banda"

Nothing, If I can give 0. I’ll give 0 rate.

All, the property owner is awful in responding my emails or messages after we check in! Place is not even clean, no bath soap no shampoo no dishwashing & the light in the shower room is broken. I asked a couple of times to give me a portable light so I have something to use when I washed my kids at night but no respond. All the plates are like oily I couldn’t even use all utensils because there is no dishwashing soap. The AC is not even cooling, I have to use 3 fans in one room! Such an awful rooms. And the contact name Nicole Grace Banda is awful in responding some concerns after she gets the payment. Mukhang pera! Even the center table feet is unstable and they use the cheese whiz container lol 😂 What a disgusting!

The unit was clean and spacious, the owner is very accommodating.

The pool is closed every Monday, so we didn’t have the chance to swim.

Location is good, super close to Ali Mall and Airport P2P bus terminal

Pool area is super sensitive with swim wear and other stuff, make sure to ask instructions from your landlord before heading to the pool, also the water is not very clean, also got it itchy when you swim longer
