"a really disappointed stay"

the room was called studio but was a normal room with partial view of the ocean!

i arrived in the middle of the night nobody advise the hotel of my reservation and of course nobody was available.. the price is 20 $ less of the real hotel where i stayed last time at the 35 floor plus there is not service so no cleaning for 4 days !! today after i advised twice and pay for the key did not work for the late check out so i had to go back and the hotel was not advised I pay a supplement of 195 USD at the Hotel!! so at the end i pay much more with no service ! I was really upset! and annoyed as they do not reimburse you ! i love the Hotel and i stay there every time I stop over for the Pacific ! but i will be careful next time as i was thinking that the 31 was the VIP floor lol … never again
