Die ruhige Lage, der Pool mit Whirlpool, die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und auch auf der Terrasse unter Dach. Genug Geschirr vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätze befinden sich am Gelände.

Einfahrt zum Grundstück nicht genau beschildert. Das ganze Haus ist überdekoriert, daher auch staubanfällig und Abstellflächen gehen verloren. Große Kästen im Zimmer teilweise versperrt. Katzen und Hase sind am Grundstück und dadurch auch ihre Hinterlassenschaften in der Wiese.
