Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αρκετά κοντά και σε στάση του μετρό. Η Δέσποινα με την οποία συνεννοούμασταν ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Στα θετικά: η ύπαρξη ντουλάπας και τηλεόρασης και στα δύο δωμάτια.

Δεν φέρει ευθύνη το κατάλυμα, ωστόσο υπήρχε πάντα θόρυβος από τον πάνω όροφο, ακόμη και σε ώρες ξεκούρασης.

The apartment is in a good location, the big advantage is that it faces the inside of the building, which is why you won't enjoy the view, but on the other hand you have complete peace. I'm writing for the first reason that the building is in perhaps the busiest street in Thessaloniki, and secondly, who hasn't been in the city before, Thessaloniki is extremely lively, cafes are literally open every day until late at night and the noise can be quite loud. Personally, it suited us that we avoided it this time. On 2 occasions, we had an apartment in the immediate vicinity of the bars, so believe me, I know what I'm talking about. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor out of 8, so there was no immediate need for the air conditioner to work all the time, even though the average temperature was around 32°C. In addition, you have literally everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The garage is on the right side of the building where you can safely park your vehicle, the price is €20 for 24 hours, and the entrance is next to the Mazutis market. You can also park right next to the garage, but shortly just to load/unload luggage, it's recommended that for any case someone stay next to the car, if by any chance you would get a fine.The city market is a 10-minute walk away, and you only need about 15 minutes to reach Aristotle Square. Rotonda is literally 3 minutes from the building. Also, just a few hundred meters away is Paleon Patron Germanuo Street, full of cafes and restaurants that are very popular. The apartment itself is comfortable for a longer stay. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival.

I have only a few complaints related to the equipment of the apartment itself in terms of utensils in the kitchen, for example, a cutting board and a better knife were missing, so preparing breakfast required a little effort, but all in all, everything can be solved. A couple of little things that need a little tweaking, and that's it.

Excellent, central location, everything is in walking distance, easy to reach by Airport bus 01X directly. Nice, renovated apartment, very functional and convenient. Two of us wanted to sleep in separate rooms, so one slept in the bedroom, and we asked hosts to prepare the living room for sleeping too. Both were comfortable. Windows have blinds and you can make it completely dark if you prefer so, in both rooms. The apartment overlooks a quiet backyard, so there was no traffic noise at all. Overall I can recommend this place for location convenience, quietness and good facilities.

Host communication through Booking seemed automated at first, but the day before check-in the real person contacted me via WatsApp and communication was very good from that point. The building is older, but I'd say it's a normal, standard apartment building for Thessaloniki, where people live.

Everything was very good. The heating system is very good as well. Since it is winter time, this was also very importantfor us.
