"Cockroach infested I4"

I liked how ample of space the 2 bedroom apartment had and adequate bedding.

We stayed in I4 and the kitchen was infested with little cockroaches. I requested to be changed hotel rooms and nothing was done. Also, the front door did not lock whatsoever and our belongings were left unsecured when we were out in town. I brought to the attention of management but was barely offered solutions. They sent a lady to ā€œcleanā€ the bug problem but the kitchen was infested that night and also in the living room. And the door was never addressed! If you stay at this location, DO NOT STAY AT I4.

EstĆ” muy bien ubicado, el apartamento es muy moderno con todos los extras y las chicas encargadas muy atentas y profesiones, todo lo que se les pidiĆ³ lo tuvimos al momento, sin duda repetirĆ­amos la experiencia

El departamento muy cĆ³modo, limpio y lindo. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo para mantener la casa fresca . Hay seguridad las 24 hs. Todos son muy amables. La ubicaciĆ³n frente al mar, alejada del ruido pero se puede llegar tranquilamente caminando a los locales nocturnos mĆ”s cool de Las Terrenas
