Aligio Apart-hotel & Spa - Las Terrenas

beautiful location, hotel staff was accommodating. balcony and spaciousness were good.

refrigerator leaked until fixed. floor dirty with hair. AC needs to come with instructions. restaurant staff were rude - made it awkward as I had to pass by the restaurant every day to reach the room.

The landscape is beautiful

The location was amazing, the amenities were wonderful, everything was clean and the staff was extra friendly. The check in process was really very smooth and I felt very safe the whole time. The shower pressure was really strong and hot which I loved and the bed was super comfortable. There was a water cooler in the apartment and it was huge. Extra credit to Melisabel at reception and Clarissa at the restaurant!!

The fridge wasn’t working properly but we didn’t escalated the issue since we’re staying for only 2 nights.

Location , property is well taken care of. Staff are nice and accommodating.

Not enough pillows. Very difficult to get extra pillows. Also having some kind of chairs for the beach would have been great.

The place is relaxing

That it was breakfast included and we were no told until we arrived to our room nothing was said at the check in

We loved the resort, very nice place in front of the beach with great pool in front! Looks very luxurious and it s not expensive
