Great location.

Other guests were noisy, towels had green stains on. Didn't realise the kitchen was shared so felt we could use it as the other guests had taken it over.

Went to a concert at Co-Op Live so location was excellent as was within 30 minute walk of property, Bed was comfortable and managed to have reasonable nights sleep, after guests in other room settled down. The property has a shared kitchen and the other guests arrived back after me and used the kitchen for a while. Estate property was on seemed fairly quiet. Property was easy to find by car, I used the M60 ring road to Junction 22, then followed A62 towards Manchester City Centre. The host Olu was welcoming and friendly. I had use of two bedrooms, (but only needed one) and had use of private bathroom. Should mention there wasn't much in the way of takeaways/restaurants in the immediate area, (although didn't ask host), but did find a Cafe in the morning for a breakfast at reasonable price, just past the shell petrol station on the A62. Property ideal for overnight stay.

Could be being picky but property was sightly let down by a few things, first being some marks on the sheet covering the mattress, although the sheets did smell clean and I didn't let this put me off. Also the area around the door handles seemed slightly dirty, (luckily I had some anti bac wipes with me) and a free cobweb above the bed. Similarly in the bathroom there were old pieces of soap in one of the trays by the shower, (I brought my own toiletries anyway) and a build up of dust on the extractor fan vent. Probably a little more attention to detail required.

Hi Olu, I'd like to say a very big thank you for letting me and my guide dog Brier stay at your apartment. It was very clean, everything was brilliant. It was a little out of town but not to far and I hink if I'd tried a bit harder we could have done some walking instead of getting taxi's. All facilities were clean and worked extremely well. I hope that I can stay again with you soon.Lizzie and Brier.

There wasn't much to not like the only thing was it's a little out of town but this was advertised so perfect.
