Upon our arrival at the accommodation at 12:45 AM, we discovered that neither of the electronic key cards provided was functional, and there was no other way to access the room. Additionally, we were unable to reach host by phone. It was only due to a “fortunate” coincidence that the door to Apartment No. 1 was left open (which we do not understand why), and we had no choice but to stay there. However, this was not our intention. Our personal belongings, including our passports, were locked inside Apartment No. 2, where we had initially left them upon check-in around 1 PM on Wednesday. Due to hosts mistake, we were unable to carry out personal hygiene routines that night, change into nightwear, or even charge our phones. It was awful experience. Never more!

Excellent, room ready earlier than most. Great for a groups. Beds comfortable. Hosts were friendly

It’s very close to the city centre and the staff were friendly and helped where possible.

It’s wasn’t clean and the pictures are misleading to what you get we thought there was outside room which is only on one of the rooms. The rooms very small and when we arrive the air con was chucking out a load of water the lights wouldn’t switch off so someone of us had no sleep they said turn the fuse off but that tripped all the electric and then the window was smashed covered by a board but had a gaping hole down the side so we heard everything from the noisy street considering we paid a lot I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Central location, in the middle of a street full of food/ drink establishments. Spotless apartments and a very comfortable bed! To note these are apartments and not staffed overnight, prob used by hen/ stag/ party groups, not an issue at all but take ear plugs.

High deposit, understandable if stag / hen groups often use them as I expect there’s more likely to be damage.
