Good price. Good location, 2 min drive from bars and restaurants, safe and quiet place, comfortable beds, aircons in every room, burglar bars are inside and outside, parking can fit 2 cars, sea view from the bedroom upstairs.

Rusted burglar bars. Furniture is old. There are no soaps in the bathrooms. Place needs some renovations.

The location can not be better! Having the beach on your front step, with kids, is priceless. The area is also lovely. Fantastic walks in the evening and very central to everything you need. The unit is comfortable and having fans and especially the aircons in the bedrooms keeps it nice and cool. We will DEF be back!

Booking in was a bit of a hassle. Sliding doors does not lock and gates need an update. No other complaints. A small gas braai would be a nice addition.

Our accommodation was changed last minute. No fans. No aircon. Extreme hot weather. Owner not very friendly

The location was perfect , very close to where we were going and was great that it was across the road from the hotel for us to eat and relax. It’s right by the beach which we could walk to easily. Very affordable for how many people that were staying.

Parking was a little tight but safe. Unfortunately cause of the heat we did encounter 1 or 2 cockroaches. The rooms upstairs were quite humid.

Everything was perfect 👌 We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back this time abit longer has well. Good Communication from the Owner on the day we arrived. Thank you Sir

For an upmarket area like Ballito you would expect modern finishes in the property. Make it look abit Classy.

It was really close to the beach.

There was no air conditioning as advertised. When we arrived, there were ants in the kitchen sink and counter tops. We had no access to the wifi. The host had not informed me of how to retrieve the keys to the unit. The unit I booked was not the one I was allocated to and I was not informed prior to my arrival.
