"Well-equipped apartman"

It is a very well-equipped apartment in an area where are lots of shopping opportunities and playgrounds nearby. The public transport is good.

We asked for a baby crib, as it was an option in the appartment's page, they said yes, it will be there but it wasn't. The customer service sends you information only via WhatsApp. We asked for send some information via e-mail or booking.com but the costumer service guy was very arrogant and not helpful at all.
