Be Your Home - My Attitude

Two very important problems: 1. The lift was our of order which meant we had to carry our suitcases upstairs. Something I could not do due to a bad back. 2. The property details stated that the accommodation had air conditioning. There was none in the open plan living room/dining room/kitchen area. There was a wall unit in one bedroom and a small portable unit, that required filling with water in the other bedroom.

Excellent location, very clean and secure. The apartment was very modern everything updated. We enjoyed everything

The Ac in the first bedroom was a portable unit which can be upgraded to a more powerful BTU for the hotter months. It worked fine for us.

Beautiful design. Central. Easy walk to station. Straight forward travel to Rome.

Host was accommodating and understanding of our requirements. Huge beautifully appointed apartment, great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommend!

En-suite is more a bath than shower but was no major issue, still a WC and space for all other needs.

Very clean, modern, well appointed and nicely stocked with everything one could expect or need. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

It was in a great location handy to restaurants and shops. It was very big. Not spotless but clean.

It was extremely hot. They had fans and a cooler but sitting in the main sitting room was very uncomfortable due to the heat. Being an old building it couldn’t have air conditioning which is understandable. They had a laundry with a washer and dryer but the dryer wasn’t plugged in and we couldn’t find the lead to plug it in. We washed but had to put our washing around the room to dry. The laundry area was very untidy and the unit looked like someone usually lived in it. I couldn’t get the water to flow into the bath tub in the ensuite bathroom and the water pressure was extremely hopeless in the shower room. It was also cold as the hot didn’t seem to be working but that was okay due to the extreme temperature outside.

Big, clean, modern, close to everything, it s wonderfull…i really recomand it

Location and property

Sorry ….in the summer would advise air conditioning be installed a little hot. Also what was the need for such a long check in and the signing of rental contract? Necessity?
