The room air conditioning has low noise

The drain pipe of the washbasin is blocked, yet this simple problem can occur。The efficiency of the front desk staff is extremely high, but their attitude is also not good

Even though the car chargers were not working, which I selected this hotel precisely for that reason, it was not hotel's issue but from the city. The staff acted really professional and fixed it in the next morning. thanks a lot. Cleanliness is awesome.
