La limpieza, buena ubicación y la piscina

Dúplex acogedor, muy moderno, con todas las comodidades, en pleno centro y la terraza con piscina es un plus

Sin duda alguna la piscina, el apartamento era muy bonito y muy amplio.

El aire acondicionado lo teníamos a una temperatura baja y no enfriaba y el sofá era incómodo… por lo demás todo perfecto! Volveremos.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment, in the centre of Jaen, close to everything. We also had a large roof terrace, which was welcome in the heat of the day.

Bit noisy, but that was possibly due to the fact that we arrived on a public holiday! A few things would have helped but nothing major and have let them know, certainly it would not put us off recommending this to anyone

Modern duplex right in the centre of Jaén, south facing terrace with views of the castle and plunge pool.

The kitchen could be better equipped (e.g. tea towels, oven mitts, a grater) but staff tried to help.

A really comfortable and clean duplex apartment in the centre of Jaén. Outdoor seating on the terrace was lovely and the plunge pool would be a bonus on a hot day.

The communal entrance hall smelled of drains. Also there was an outdoor event in the road below the apartment for the two days we were there with loud music playing all day and until 10.30pm. This seemed to be a special event that was being set up when we arrived. Hopefully not a regular occurrence and outside the control of the property owner.
