Wir waren für 9 Nächte in diesem Aprtment - es hatte eine super Lage, in nicht mal 5 Minuten war man am Strand, mit genügend Street food Ständen in Richtung Stadt Zentrum. Im Aprtment gab es alles was man braucht, auch Strandzubehör. Leider hat man oft die Nachbarn oberhalb gehört oder wenn jemand die Türen auf und zu gesperrt hat. Shaleel war mega nett und hilfsbereit. Man konnte ihm jederzeit schreiben und er hatte für alle Probleme und Fragen eine passende Antwort 😊 Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen!

The apartment was spacious enough for two people. It had plenty of useful amenities (washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, iron, TV, cleaning supplies, etc.). The Wi-Fi was strong enough, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The loggia was very large. There were secure, monitored parking spaces. As for the location – it may not be the prettiest, but it's close to the sea and plenty of restaurants/fast food joints. The owner, who advised us on many matters (car rental, restaurant selection, was very responsive to questions and responded quickly), is a very cheerful person with whom you can have a normal conversation. And finally, the price-quality ratio in this place is perfect.

When we arrived, the water heater wasn't working, but we contacted the owner, and a plumber arrived a few hours later to service it. It turned out the previous visitor hadn't turned it off, which caused the problem. Sometimes dogs bark at night. If one starts, dogs from all over the neighborhood can start barking. We used earplugs. In the evening, when there's no light, it's hard to figure out exactly where the building is. Some buildings look similar. During the day, you can see the sign on the building.

It's a huge and very modern styled apartment with a lot of extras (stuff to take to the beach (chairs, snorkeling gear...)). We did enjoy the stay and would definitely book again. Everything you need to know about the apartment or the area is summarized in detail.

Sometimes there was some smell of the piping.

The apartment is very close to the beach. The owner is very kind and helpful. He even held our baggage after we checked out and beacause of that had some extra spare time on the beach before arrival of our taxi. The apartment is well equiped, everthing is working. Guests also have access to beach equipment like an umbrella, towels, and chairs. The balcony is spacious and cozy. Overall, the apartment was great, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The bed mattress could be more comfortable.
