They wanna pay for everything. They don't communicate on normal booking Channel. They just want to call for 250dkk..... No invoice on the end of business trip! Very low communication.

The apartment is close to the city and the zoo, and there is a nice outdoor area. It has a washing machine, and the kitchen was well equipped.

In the apartment, there was a strong smell and no ventilation. It was 29 degrees Celsius inside, making it really hot. We booked for 4 people, but only a bed and towels for two were provided. We had to clean the kitchen before we could use it, as the stove was greasy. The bathroom is OK, except for the shower cabin, which is very small, and if you are of a larger build, you cannot close the cabin door. Also, one TV doesn't work, and the other has two pink lines in the middle of the screen. Only half of the buttons on the remote control work.

Flat is located very close to the city centre, there is a free parking place in the garden. Also, it is not even a flat actually - it is small house in the backyard. It was very clean and cozy, bathroom is huge and all the essentials are there in the kitchen to cook.

Prior your arrival, you receive a list with all the information needed and it turns out that there is a fee for literally everything. When you don't do the dishes or when you clogg the water drain or when someone comes over in the evening etc. Also, it is totally self-service and for opening a door you get a code. In our case, we struggled with the door for good 10 minutes because it just didn't open. We had read that there was issues entering the house and there really is, we were so scared that we could not get inside. Also, during fall season it was very cold in the room. Slippers, cozy long PJs and tea strongly recommended! Nevertheless, for this price it was amazing!

Very clean and updated apartment and the bed was comfortable.

Tiny shower. Exterior lights were not working and it was very late when we came. The apartment inside is very nice, but looks crappy from the outside. Lots of random tables outside. The base of the sofa bed was broken. This didnt impact the bed itself and the bed was comfortable. Hard to communicate with the hosts, they sent lots of automated messages, but I had to ask three times about parking before they replied.
