Surf'n Lanka - Surf School

Amazing location, they have their own surf school across the road right on the beach, so you can use their lounge chairs and relax or rent a board. The breakfast is also amazing, so much tropical fruit, eggs and tea, very filling. Host was really friendly and tried his best to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

There is no hot water for the shower, the wifi was very bad, sometimes it works downstairs but it does not reach the bedrooms at all, the pillows desperately need replacing, I changed the pillow case and inside they are mouldy and very lumpy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, especially for anyone into sports. It’s ideal for surfers – with great waves nearby and an excellent surf instructor. He really knows how to push you to the next level, especially if you're an intermediate or advanced surfer. The hotel is right by the beach, just a short walk across the road. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful room with air conditioning, though we ended up only using the ceiling fan. The family and the entire staff are warm, welcoming, and really make you feel at home. We learned a lot about Sri Lanka, its culture, and the local way of life. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a mix of adventure and comfort!

great location, staff were all super friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was amazing, they also offered laundry service at a very fair price. sleeping without ac and only a fan surprisingly also wasn’t a problem at all! we extender our stay here, value for money ist just unbeatable.

Friendly staff, fresh breakfast with an open kitchen. Surf lessons available and our teacher was really nice and patient.

Staff had problems with English Property was not very clean and needs renovations. No cupboards to store luggage. AC is very much needed.

Corresponding, trustworthy surf rental and school on the beach directly across the street. Fresh fruits for breakfast. Really nice people. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Quiet room.

No AC and wifi connection in the room. Loose toilet seat. No bed side table. Only few lights working.
