Too much noise from the next door , party was going on and one of the room top window was keep opening from the roof , and that night it was raining and very windy

Property was fairly clean from the inside and maintained on a low budget. Good value for the money they charged.

When you step out the property, it’s extremely poor maintenance and unhygienic. Rubbish all around by other residents, drugs, noisy neighbourhood, smelly and dirty corridor carpet, untidy stairs, permanently broken lift and overall shady area.

Perfect location. Right next to a retail park so lots of shops and fast food places to walk to. Free parking right outside. The host was excellent. He rang us on the way there to say he would upgrade us as there was a plumbing issue in our booked apartment that could not be fixed in time due to parts being needed. The inside was just like the pictures. Very nicely done inside with lovely furniture and a massive TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Will use again.

Do not book with this person! I was promised a partial refund for the issues faced but never heard back from them. The apartment was so dusty we felt ill. There wasn’t enough space for the number of people booked. We had issues getting in and trying to find the place because it turned out the apartment we were given in the end didn’t belong to the host. The area was scary in the nighttime and very dirty going up the stairs (no lifts).

Location was great for where our events and family were, apartment was clean and lovely space, host was amazing and very helpful

Would have been helpful to have hangers in the wardrobes, could feel the springs on the bed which weren’t that comfortable and sofa chair wasn’t the best neither so meant a family member was grumpy in the morning!

We had an upgrade due to the original booked apartment had an issue. The Upgrade was called “Stunning Designer Penthouse” and it definitely was exactly that! The interior design was beautiful, the place was spacious, clean, smelled so good too.
