"Good seaside location near Zadar."

Our room had a great view of the water and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and the staff had helpful suggestions for parking in Zadar.

The property maintained a supposedly heated pool but it was too cold for swimming. That was disappointing but it was nearly the end of the season.

The beach just at hotel’s foot with sun beds and umbrellas. Good AC in the room. Confortabile shower

The room was very small. Poor choice for breakfast (no croissant or any sweet). The parking was on top of a very steep street. Not a for stars hotel
