Terragni 1937 Heritage Flat - Rooftop Terrace

This flat is really nice and well equipped. Pros: spacious, well equipped kitchen, bright windows and good blackout options, nice outdoor space, suitable for 6 guests, very convenient to Como Borghi train station, quiet.

Let's add a few things you should be aware of: high 4th floor walk up, very firm mattress in the master bedroom, boiler can take time to get hot water to the shower, don't run dishwasher when you need hot water elsewhere. These are not negatives for some, but those stairs should be remembered for the less athletic (and soft bed loving) among us.

Very clever procedure to get into the apartment without a key (they open it for you remotely), well explained and documented with pictures. The apartment was much bigger than we expected with three full rooms, a well endowed kitchen and two balconies on both sides. The location is in walking distance to the old city and the lake. There are many restaurants around it and a Carrefour is also in walking distance.

Could not rave about Veronica’s place more. I e had such a great time here. Location is great, it’s a 10 min walk into the old town, market close by and views of the mountains from Both balconies. We also loved that it was in a residential spot as it meant we could wander the other way (away from tourist areas) and get a more authentic feel for Como. The apartment itself is very spacious, with air con and very comfy beds. There are two great balconies to sit out on. The kitchen is well equipped, so we were able to cook breakfast for ourselves and it had everything we needed. We were also left with some wine, milk and fruit. I would happily recommend this place! We loved our stay here and Veronica’s communication was great. Thanks so much for Veronica, we will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator
