Great location. Very smart property. Parking convenient.

Very expensive for what it is. Small rooms. Far too many messages and instructions from the hosts. They may think they're being friendly and helpful but if you have a busy life do you really want to read loads of messages and a detailed online guide together with a long agreement for the actual hire (I've never come across such a lot of rules and regs on a Booking.com rental).

"Perfect property for a lovely stay in Sidmouth"

It was very cosy and had everything we needed. It was also in the perfect location close to the shops, restaurants and beach. The owners always checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was lovely.

Great location close to centre of Sidmouth. Warm ,clean, cottage with quality bedding and fluffy towels. Kitchen had everything you could need. Attentive hosts ensure check in and settling in easy.

"Bliss in Sidmouth"

Loved everything about this cottage. Location, cleanliness, superbly stocked for even the keenest cook. Everything in the cottage was of very high quality. Such a pretty and comfortable place to relax. The owners went to a lot of trouble to ensure their guests would be comfortable. Superbly decorated. Very comfortable beds. Spotless. Location is wonderful too. Short walk to beach and high street. I will definitively be back.

What's not to like. Just perfect!

Every little detail was thought through. Lots of lovely extras and very well equipped. Maintained to an exceptional standard. Fantastic location close to the town centre and the seafront.

You need to be confident with reversing a car to get out of the parking space.
