The chalet is beutiful cozy and luxurious you even have reclining leather sofas! I loved the location and the communication during my stay.

The only things I can really say I wasn't overly happy about was having to take my own bedding or pay an extra 40quid on top of that you have to buy your own electric and buy the WiFi which I thought was all pricey put together when you've paid so much to stay there already. That's the only reason I probably would come back to this chalet park but everything else was perfect with the stay x

It was really clean, recently revamped , modern inside and well located, close to Hemsby Beach.

The toilet sink has a leak

Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, it was also well equipped.

There could be more facilities on the actual site

The location was brilliant close to the beach. The shalet was lovely looking

The prepaid electric meter a bit annoying. We arrived 8pm on Friday with 0.35 left on the meter we couldn't use heating over night for example as there wouldn't be electricity left till morning. There should be a bit more left for customer
