Great property, good spacious and clean room with a balcony as well. Temples and ghats easily accessible as they are 1-2km away from the hotel. To add on Extremely helpful staff. Mr. Shubham at the reception guided me correctly with detailed explanation on my entire trip and was really helpful in my trip being successful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel OMKAR. The staff were so warm and helped us to make our arrangements to explore Varanasi.

The property was was in very good condition and exceptionally clean.

Hotel location is very peaceful for stay and staff was very good.

This hotel is surprising! It's a small, family-run business in a very strange part of town - when you arrive, you think maybe the taxi-driver made a mistake, because all around is decrepit, but once you go inside, it's a revelation of charm! My thanks go out to Sandeep who proved to be much more than a simple hotel manager: he took us on a personal tour of Varanasi, with a memorable boat rip on the Ganges, culminating in the extraordinary Hindu ceremony with prayers, song and dance, all accompanied by his enthusiastic and knowledgeable commentary. To top it off, he took us home to meet his wife and family - the whole thing was one of the most touching moments I have ever experienced, be it in India or elsewhere. For the rest, the hotel was very good value and the breakfast was varied (Indian and European choices) and of excellent quality.

The location of the hotel - it's a little far from everything - but the Tuktuks are cheap and abundant!

Hotel staff was great. Unlike what I normally see staff expecting tips, we were looked after well. Not overtly enthusiastic too (which sometimes can be a bit intruding)

Breakfast was good, but slightest improvements can be made by looking at finer details.

Really the best service, best breakfast, super clean place ! Preethi and Subham did a really great job! A great staff always contributes to great memories so we were really happy about it.

Nothing to complain about. It's very difficult to find good and clean hotels in Varanasi, we were so happy about this choice. There is not bad things to say when it comes to this hotel :D

Nice room, good size.

was a bit noisy on the Saturday night as there is a bar next door. Sunday night was quiet.
