Very clean. Excellent kitchen facilities
Beds very uncomfortable. Broken vase on floor on arrival. On third floor and lift didn't work. Further from car park than advertised. Further from venue we were attending than advertised. No contact from anyone during visit. Given a bar code for free parking that did not work. Sofa very uncomfortable.

Spacious and well located - two bedrooms were set far apart and each had their own bathroom
The beds were both terribly uncomfortable - small double beds with cheap mattresses which were lumpy, bed was creaky and the linen was old and worn out and did not fit the bed well. My son did not stay the second night as he could not sleep well and I slept poorly for two nights. Lovely apartment but needs bed upgrade desperately. Also I did some laundry for my son (uni student) but the is no drying machine (only a washer) and the airing cupboard has nowhere to hang clothes to dry so my son had to take wet clothes back to his university to dry.

Nicely set out, living space between the two bedrooms each with a bathroom!!, my son couldn’t hear me snore. The whole apartment was nice and clean and quite modern. Perfectly placed in the city centre.
Personally I would have liked a comfier sofa to watch tv on. Beds a bit creaky

Kitchenette was enough but the cooking pots are all rusty or scratched.
There were bed bugs, beds were dirty. There were many leftover body hairs on the bed. There were many different group of people calling the door and said they were scammed and paid for the unit to stay. I don’t know about the truth. But that was disturbing.

Kitchen sink was very blocked. One bedroom door wouldn’t close. Instructions needed for shower. No ironing board. Could have done with a dust pan. Only one small pan for cooking. Beds were rather lumpy.
