5 minute walking to downtown, NAU, coffee shops, shopping, parks and more!

Great walkable location. Since we were traveling with our dogs we really enjoyed having the fenced in yard. The house was clean, and we also appreciated the abundance of extra towels, which were really soft.

If traveling with pets, be sure to read the fine print regarding extra fees. We missed that information when we initially made our reservations, but the host was very accommodating once we realized when we were only an hour out from Flagstaff and let him know.

Great little location close to downtown quite great price very good experience all around.

This is a very cute little property that had everything we needed. We had a couple of glitches, but the owner was very responsive and it all worked out fine. The backyard is awesome! We really enjoyed spending time out there since the weather was perfect. And the location is great - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and NAU. We even attended a free recital put on by NAU music teachers. Lots of college students walking around, but they were respectful and the area feels very safe. Parking is very easy; you park directly in front of the door, and there's room for more than one vehicle. The ability to do laundry was much appreciated.

I loved the green it surrounded and how hidden the home is.
