The Wynne House - 3 Bedroom Luxury House with 5 Beds & Free Parking Near City Centre, and a walking distance to The Etihad Stadium & Coop Live Arena

We had a concert booked at the Coop arena. The property was within 10 minutes walk and so was ideal. It was clean and well laid out on arrival. We didnt use the facilities in the kitchen but it was well equipped if we had wished to. The property was clean and an ideal base for what we needed. There is a huge Asda within 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk which would be good if staying longer. The property is also near the Ethiad stadium which we werent interested in but would be good for football fans. There was off road parking on the path which we used. There was a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom which is helpful for more guests. There were 3 of us and so it was useful to have the additional toilet.

The bed wasn't wonderfully comfortable but was ok for one night. We had to strip the bed before we left and the quilt was stained although the covers had been clean.

Location was perfect for the football

One of the double beds was very comfortable. Toiletries, towels & teas & coffee were included. Shower over bath was very good. Good recycling bins inside ( but couldn’t find a bin in the kitchen for general waste?)

One of the single bed mattresses was very uncomfortable. There was no spare bedding for the sofa bed, unless we missed something saying we were to request this?

Clean, not far from arena, warm and comfy.
