Stunning 4-bedroom Villa w/ Pool - Close to Disney Parks and Gulf Courses!

Great location, the property had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were really comfortable which is very important to us oldies. The pool deck is on the small side but not a problem since there was only 4 of us. Lots of towels which included pool towels, tbh there was everything we needed for our 2 week stay.

Seating in living room area was very uncomfortable, it was sectional but nothing to hold it together and really low, we took outdoor dining chairs indoors not ideal but solved the problem. The dining tables were at opposite ends of the villa, one facing front garden which sat 6 and the other table sat 4, again not a problem for us 4, but if you’re a family of 8 it may well be.

Property was lovely, clean and tidy and plenty of room for a family of 4. Pool was great especially the heating after 24hrs of it warming up. Beds were comfortable, showers were great and the kitchen was well appointed, it could have done with a few extra oven trays and another frying pan. The main fan light didn’t seem to work , appeared to have a fault with it but it didn’t worry us as we used the lamps in the evening. Games room was great.

Couldn’t seem to get the perfect temperature with the air conditioning unit, but that is just a personal preference. The unit worked well with both cooling and heating.

The villa was great value for money and surpassed all expectations. We truly felt at home staying here, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, the games room provided great entertainment and the pool was kept clean for us on arrival and throughout our month stay! The hosts couldn’t be more helpful and you can see the time and effort they have put into the property to make it so welcoming. Location wise it is great for both Disney, local parks and both east and west coasts. Lots of history in the area and outdoor activities to enjoy such as kayaking, cycling and visiting local history centre’s. The neighbourhood is located just off a main stretch of highway with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and tasty American take aways all within a few minutes drive. We couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough and expect to return at some point in the future. Thanks Jesus :).

The house was perfect! It was absolutely beautiful and clean. Just a great fit for my husband and 3 daughters on our trip to Florida. Other than possibly putting decorative stickers or something of that nature on the patio door, I wouldn't change anything about the house and we had zero complaints. It was a quiet peaceful neighborhood where you could just sit out back and watch your kids swim and relax. I will just add that there is an alarm on the patio door that we didn't know about and our first night my daughter went to open it and the alarm went off and I never seen my 12 year old run in the opposite direction so fast because it scared her. Needless to say, her dad and I were laughing. All joking aside though, that little feature on the door was a great comfort in a city we're not familiar with.

The property was exceptional and extremely clean. It was half an hour from Disney which got us away from the hustle and bustle of the amusement parks as well as rest days at the pool which was lovely too. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood and we stayed for 2 weeks. Everything worked as it should have done and it was like being home from home. Owners communicated really well throughout our stay. Supermarkets were only 10 minutes away but I would highly recommend Aldi rather than Publix due to the high prices. We even travelled to Clearwater and Tampa for the day. We will definitely stay again,Thankyou Jesus and Racquel

Clean and spacious! Everything you need and a short drive to the parks and groceries/restaurants. Quiet and lovely community. Jesus was super nice in communication and easy to contact when we had questions. All instructions are super easy and common. We loved the pool and the pool table. We can recommend this villa and qould come back anytime
