Tres Iguanas Apart Hotel - New, cozy & spacious flats, short walk to beach

This is a great place to stay. As it is away from the downtown, harbor area you will want a car. That said, we enjoyed exploring the entire Loreto area, trying stores and restaurants away from more touristy areas. You feel like you are part of the neighborhood & get to know the local dogs and wave to your neighbors. They supply unlimited purified water, yoga mats, couple of bicycles, beach towels, on a help yourself basis. Beds are comfortable, sheets are lovely. The kitchen areas are well stocked & refrigerator is larger than the usual, itty bitty hotel type unit. They don’t seem to offer daily room cleaning which is fine with me. I imagine you can get fresh linens from the staff, also very friendly, if you want them. AC works great. So, if you like independence this is a great place to stay!

The key code protocols could be better detailed for first-timers. Also, until Michelle, the very affable & helpful manger, arrives in the morning, there is no way to communicate with her nor the owner: any communication must be done through booking.com, etc.

Es ist kein klassisches Hotel sondern eher eine Ferienwohnung und daher wird das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil, une Française au Mexique, incroyable ! Quelle belle expérience. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Il peut sembler éloigné du centre cependant des vélos sont mis à disposition et rendent le séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons !

Es ist ein toller Ort un Dominique hat sich toll um uns gekümert. Das Tres Iguanas ist eine tolle Unterkunft und man hat bei den Zimmern oben mit Balkon eine tolle Aussicht. Die Dusche hat einen tollen Strahl was nicht immer der Fall war während unserer Rundreise. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen, da di Distanz zum Zentrum doch relativ weit ist. Und zudem ist das Hundegebell beim vorbeilaufen doch relativ unangenehm.

Место превзошло все ожидания! Очень уютно, душевно и чувство, что здесь позаботились обо всех деталях. Это не просто гест-хаус, это место, где живёт душа и забота! На кухне есть минимальный базовый набор для приготовления еды. Вся посуда в хорошем состоянии, а тарелки – просто очарование! Постель была очень удобной и простороной. Есть выбор подушек. Любые недостающие элементы есть на этаже для общего пользования: дополнительные вешалки, утюг, фен, мусорные пакеты, кулер с водой и даже велосипеды, и коврики для йоги! Хозяйка Доминик, очень приветливая и старается помочь во всем. Она нам подсказала пляж и направление для утренних пробежек, теперь это наш любимый пейзаж. Ни с чем не сравнить! На первый взгляд, кажется неудобным, что место расположено вдали от центра. Мы были без машины. Останавливались на 7 дней. Цели не было обойти и объехать все достопримечательности, поэтому мы неспешно гуляли по городку и даже рады были отдалению от суеты центральной части. Ну а если у вас есть машина, то перемещение будет еще более простым. Мы вернемся снова именно сюда, потому что ничего похожего точно не найти, как в Лорето, так и в самой Мексике. Я живу в Мексике почти 3 года, есть с чем сравнить.

В комнате было мало солнечного света, сложно было просыпаться, тк не понятно, какое время дня.
