Everything was fine. The owner helped with everything. It was very clean, the bathroom was also clean.

The bed was not a double bed, but two single beds connected, so while sleeping, you sometimes fall in between the beds. The shower was a bit little, but that was just a minor problem.

I needed an accommodation next to the hospital and Homiday was perfect. The flat is well positioned, clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything. There is a washing machine as well and a small terrace for your laundry. The communication with the host was smooth and efficient.

The bed was comfy and check-in was easy. The facilities were good.

The shower was too small and uncomfortable. The worst part was that the drainage was completely clogged. I even cleaned it myself but it was still clogged. The water in the shower was coming up to my ankles each time and was quite disgusting. Also, it was smelly. And the last disappointment was that I was there for 11 nights and no one cleaned my room. The new towels and sheets were for an additional fee of 20 Euros. I felt very uncomfortable in the second week of my stay.

No one on hand for help only online, no Kettle available in the kitchen, water was leaking from top of door panel

The location was good, although we were by car, it is a really good location, easy to reach the city center and the Tower of Pisa, everything inside is so neat and clean, well-designed, every single detail is arranged in such a way that any type of customer should appreciate, it has a private bathroom, very clean linen, towels, you share a kitchen with other guests but nobody disturbs each other, there is washing machine which is really priority for me, because we visited the seaside cities and we needed it so much, you can use a good espresso machine, attentive and warm hosts, very responsive, so I give quite good recommendation to this accommodation, worth visiting and staying.
