DEGreat idea to pick up the keys from a city centre pizzeria - there is always someone there till late hours. The apartment is modern, spacious, great standard, quiet but very central. Also clean and in good state. There were even some basics such as coffee and salt provided, but proper and not as a grimy leftover from previous guests. We really liked our stay!
The beds are a bit soft.
IEFantastic location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. Very good facilities (although we didn't get the time to use the sauna), the beds were very comfy. Plenty of bed linen and towels for everyone. Apartment is nice and clean and would suit any traveller. Check-in and check out was super simple. We had to leave for the bus to Helsinki at 4am, and we were able to leave the keys in the apartment and just go.
The noise from downstairs casino on Friday and Saturday nights was annoying at first. Taxi drivers beep their horns when picking up clients so you inadvertently wake up couple times a night. It was warm by our standards so keeping the windows closed at night wasn't an option. But we were tired after all the sightseeing so slept well anyways. Given the location, it was a small inconvenience, nothing more.

FIThe apartment was spacious and easy to share among friends (all rooms have doors). Very conveniently located in the city centre.
Above a karaoke bar, a LOT of noise until late. Bring earplugs.

The apartment had weird smell, which could be due to poor air circulation. Also the instruction video regarding the trash bin location was to a wrong location (Nokia areena). But these were small things!
ILnice, clean appartment, great location
the double bed was very narrow, less than a queen bed and saged in the middle. we missed bedside tables and bed side lamps.
