1 Br Private Victorian Apt in convenient City location on half acre sleeps 4

Mr. Maier has dully renovated this Victorian Villa in lines with the historical outfit. The equipment is 21st century but the styling follows a 19th century pattern. It has become almost a piece of decorative art in which you can feel at home. We would have liked to carry this appartment with us on our tour in the US. You have calm and privacy in a nicely styled environment.Dont search fuether, you found a beautifull place with a caring owner.

Poughkeepsie needs a little more touristic development, but it is at hand.

The host was extremely friendly and warm. He baked us a banana bread and provided snacks. The house is a very cute Victorian era house, it was clean and we felt safe. There was an iron, a hair dryer, clean towels and even shampoo and conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gary is a great host, and we had inspiring conversations with him. While fitting the appartment he absolutely thought of everything; you just need your luggage (=clothes) to stay here. The rooms are fondly furnitured - it's such a joy to walk through the flat and look at all the details. Even the fridge was filled with some softdrinks and fruits, and Gary's legendary banana bread tastes yummy!

The location was very central. The owner was so helpful, stayed up late to greet me and show me the apartment. There were all the amenities I needed in the apartment and it was very comfortable.

The stairs are steep going into the property.

It was a beautiful property, host made us feel at home, very clean and well stocked. Host went out of his way to help us with what we needed. Great value as well!

The only thing I’d suggest is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I have a hard time sleeping when I don’t have a fan on.

the platform inside platform…the phone number of the host was incorrect and a Danish number (which non one answered) for contact…also a deposit was indicated which created some confusion.

Our host was exceptionally friendly and genuinely invested in our comfort.

Great location in a beautifully renovated victorian house with everything you need. Our host was very kind, hospitable and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighbourhod but still close to stores and restaurants downtown. Couldn’t be better!
