Modern, independent Gr Floor 1 bed, bathroom, shared garden, private entry with Free Parking

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well presented for our arrival. It is very close to direct bus routes into the city and a number of convenience shops and restaurants meaning that we did not need to take our vehicle into the city. The owners, Umar and his wife Tania, gave us very good advice regarding our proposed activities we had planned and other activities that we thoroughly enjoyed. They were very kind and sympathetic towards our needs and comforts during our stay. I would not hesitate in recommending this to any single or couple visiting Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Absolutely nothing!

Comfortable and cosy room, great decoration, attention to detail (teas, coffee, vegan milk) incredibly quiet and clean. Bus stop right there and really easy to get into town. We especially loved how welcoming the owners are, lovely family: you can enjoy your private space but are welcome to a nice chat and coffee.

The listing didn’t properly convey that there is only a gate and curtain separating the unit from the house. I see in a recent review that they’ve stated that a door is going to be installed which is great but had I known, I wouldn’t have booked this rental.

Great location and excellent communication from the host. Felt very comfortable to contact them. Lovely place for a short stay.

It just felt like a few things could do with a freshen up, the bath towels were marked and rough and the shower itself and shower mat wasn't particularly clean (we didnt use it after we shook it out into the shower and saw what came off of it). But it was fine for a short stay.

Studio was very comfortable. Host very welcoming. Ideal location for exploring Cambridge with bus stop on main road 5 mins walk away. Free off road parking a bonus and host very knowledgeable about the area. Private access via side gate directly to the studio, so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean. I took the bus to and from the center / university, and the bus was pretty easy to use. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again, but you just need to be ok taking public transport to the center.

Comfortable, well looked after and clean, and convenient to get into the city centre by bus (much better than trying to park in the city). It was good to be able to leave my car at the property. Very pleasant room overlooking the garden. Hosts most helpful and easy to contact.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the TV controller to work, maybe need some clear instructions for it?

Interior design, plenty of space for clothes/shoes/other belongings. Good amenities (especially shampoo and conditioner!) and spacious bathroom. Huge TV with access to netflix. 15 minute or so taxi into centre of Cambridge. Lovely night time ambience with the fairy lights in the garden. With the door separating the guest space and main house it really did feel private.
