The place was nicely furnished, very comfortable and had a great view. It was very clean and the location was nice - within walking distance (about 10 minutes) of shops and restaurants in Osu. I was out at night and felt safe.

There was some confusion about USD/GHS exchange rates. The booking.com confirmation email is not very clear about the $15 cleaning fee. I didn't understand that that was excluded from the price mentioned in the email. When I wanted to pay the amount I had seen in the email, the receptionist wanted to charge an exchange rate that is higher than the bank rate, as mentioned in the confirmation email. My advice for guests: read the booking.com email well and for the receptionists: charge the banking fee, as agreed with booking.com

The location was ideal, and Mr Kelvin was very helpful, as after the hosts. The facilities were top-notch and it was very comfortable. I will certainly be staying here.

The building had a pool and gym which I loved. You are walking distance, about a mile to the supermarket and vendors in the area.

Super responsive owner & onsite management. All switches were labeled & clear instructions on how to use the coffee machine, washer, etc.. They could give others classes on how to operate a short term rental!

Enjoying a glass of wine at sunset from the balcony offered me a serene respite from the bustling city life below. The apartment building itself was conveniently located, with easy access to various amenities. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The friendly and helpful concierge staff were always available to provide recommendations and assistance, which added to the overall experience. The communication with the apartment owner was seamless. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and ensured that all my needs were met during my stay. In conclusion, my stay at this apartment was truly unforgettable. Every aspect, from the beautiful design to the excellent amenities, contributed to an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of Accra.
