MYThe unit was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it convenient for cooking during the stay. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, the weather was pleasantly cool and the fan was more than enough. The customer service team was extremely helpful and responded very quickly whenever needed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the experience.
One small suggestion for improvement would be the water heater located in the bathroom connected to the bedroom, as it may be slightly difficult for children to use. The water temperature could also be warmer, and the water pressure seemed a little low during showers. In addition, it would be great if the ironing board could be replaced with a taller one for easier and more comfortable use. The power socket near the sofa may also need to be checked for guest safety, as there seemed to be a slight electrical sound when using the iron, which also caused the iron to heat up less effectively. Other than that, everything else was pleasant and comfortable throughout the stay.

Lift slow. Morning time have to wait 5 rounds to get Lift down to parking. Water heater is not hot enough even turn to Max.
