So close to boardwalk and beach, super clean and modern

It was a nice looking place. Convenient walk to the boardwalk, and to the beach. Didn’t hear much noise from others around us. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Couch was a little dirty underneath the cushions, with crumbs, candy and other things that we didn’t have with us. There were no washcloths. Parking was the only other issue. Not entirely the property owners fault, but parking around there is a pain, especially with those rental parking spaces.

The deck and location were great.

parking was very expensive, bed wasn't comfortable, apartment needs a compete cleaning. Second floor entrance is to dark to see key pad.

The condo was on second floor with a lot of steps, no elevator. NO PARKING at this location. Metered parking $75.00 a day. We made a deal with parking lot (Smitty’s) end of block which usually charges $60.00 for 24hrs. The host’s were very accommodating,quick with reply’s. However, my husband left his new $150.00 sneaker-boots under the end of bed 😳we noticed a few hours later, when I reached out, we were told maid cleaned condo already,new renters in condo. The hosts said they would reach out to both maid/renters. We heard nothing after initially reaching out.

Everything! Two bedrooms apartment.

Bed mattress but it is because I use bed mattress at home that has no squeaky feeling. At least it's only a few days which is good enough for me. Nothing wrong with general people who don't really rely on adjustment bed like me.

The location was perfect!
