Beautiful Caravan At Seaview Holiday Park In Kent Ref 47028Pb

Location was nice by the seafront. It was quite spacious and had a nice veranda. There was a full size oven, fridge and washing machine. The shower worked well with hot water and th air conditioning was welcome.

We had an ant infestation. There were DVDs but no player. The bedrooms were so hot we couldn’t sleep despite the AC in the lounge. We had been informed that we needed to bring all our own bedding, towels, toilet paper etc which made our short stay difficult and expensive. We feel the caravan would have been unsuitable for more adults but was adequate for 2/3.

Nice outdoor space for kiddos to run around, my son ran laps around for hours on end. Well. Equipped caravan, with good sized kitchen, living room and outdoor space with seating Double bed was nice and comfy.

Cleaning could have been much much better, beds not done as paid for arrival but made a call and lady came to do it. Single beds super uncomfortable,

The caravan was not cleaned to a good standard to the point that we had to clean it ourselves. Booking didn't include sheets or pillow cases or quilt covers, but could be supplied for an extra charge, which made it poor value for money.

It was clean comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is the second time I have been here & both times we had no gas or hot water because the gas had run out. The first time there was no spare gas bottle & I was on the phone talking to the holiday provider and the site manager to see what could be done. We had to wait for a morning to get it sorted. This time around there was a spare bottle & while holding on the phone to the holiday company, I was trying to change over from one bottle to the next, but we still had no gas or hot water because apparently an air lock had formed. I was constantly on the phone to the holiday company whilst having to go to reception to try and find someone to get it sorted. I was trying again to sort all this out on the Saturday morning so my day wasn’t ruined. The holiday company were so good & talked me through everything I needed to do and were always at hand when needed.
