Great location, close to all the amenities that the park has to offer. Comfortable caravan with clean beds and bedding. Large fridge and freezer. Huge seating area in lounge, plenty of space for a family of 6

Had to re-wash all the plates, cutlery and utensils before using them. There was old food stuck to some of the plates. Knew there was no Parkdean passes included in the £250 for the caravan rental but was shocked to learn it was £20 per person for the passes, an additional £120 to our 3 night break. Appreciate this is not the caravan owners decision or fault however including passes would be a nice incentive for future guests

"Nice caravan - but not easy to get in to the caravan due to being very muddy all around the caravan"

The caravan itself was lovely , it felt quite new and even had a dishwasher. We managed to sign in to the free WiFi and the tv worked fine.

Outside the caravan was a boggy mess! Everything was muddy , it was very difficult to get in to the caravan. we couldn’t park out side the caravan as it looked like a previous car had got stuck and made a mess of the caravan next door from the wheel spinning (which he came out and had a go at us for) Our shoes and our car are full of mud , could do with some paving slabs putting down

The caravan was lovely ,very clean,everything you needed

All round the caravan was just a muddy wet bog,our shoes just got full of mud,your car couldn't park on their as there was no parking just straight on the mud and would get stuck,as we had seen that happen to a car near us,also it said WiFi and there was none,the television had all channels but no WiFi meant they couldn't be watched

Very clean and modern , perfect location , everything you need

The parking at the side is not a hard standing as described in the advert. It is grass and was very boggy & muddy, the car got stuck. It would certainly benefit from some sort of hard standing. Also no wifi at all, the advert says there is .
