Casa One Hundred - A Beautiful 4 Bed House on the Beach Front

Amazing property really liked the space and layout, great value for money and amazing location. Kitchen and bathrooms were really clean and tidy, towels were lovely soft bedding and mattresses were extremely comfy, alot of thought has gone into the guests with a lovely fitted out kitchen and dining area, the guest book has plenty of useful information in, would definitely stay again

Living room was lovely would benefit with an actual sofa enough for all the guests as it's a little awkward for everyone to sit at night, beds were really creaky you can hear every turn in them, property would benefit with some curtains we stopped in winter and at 7am the sunlight was beaming through the blinds, I dread to think what it's like in summer at 5am sunrise, black out curtains needed, not a massive fan of the security required to book, £150 deposit and signing your life away with pages and pages of fees and charges for normal and some silly things, the property also offers a "starter supply" of basic toiletries (shampoo conditioner body wash toilet paper) these should be full for the number of guests a few hanukka of body wash is not enoght and 1 and a half toilet rolls is not enough, parking is a little awkward but that's not the properties fault, the car park which we were advised to go to was full so we had to find other arrangements, the booking also shows pastries and drinks available in the kitchen this should be noted that they are for advertising purposes and not actually included. Rooms were basic just bed and wardrobe but plenty of space for clothes, walls had alot of marks almover them, also the floor want very clean, I had new white socks on and they quicky went very mucky after walking on the laminate for a few hours.

Plenty of space. Well located near the beach, a decent pub and close to Clyne Gardens.

Main road location so busy but well insulated from noise.

Lovely little house. Beautifully clean & nicely furnished. Kitchen great and well equipped. Good location. Excellent communication with owners.

Could do with thicker/blackout curtains for summer stays to avoid early morning wake ups. Mattresses a bit squishy but that's maybe personal preference.
