"Mom and Daughter beach trip"

We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach. The unit was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a full sized refrigerator was super convenient . The bathroom was spacious and enough for two adults to place toiletries, make up and etc. Parking was heaven, just a few steps from the door, making loading and unloading super easy. The air-conditioning kept us cool, along with having ceiling fans to move the air felt like home. The pool was wonderful and kept very clean. After multiple trips daily to the beach, using the outdoor shower was great. Even being close to the road, the noise of vehicles was not bothersome due to the walls around the pool and unit area adjacent. The swim area feels secluded because of the layout and flora. The double closet was nice to keep luggage stored and plenty of hangers to use. We will return again. I travel quite a bit and this made my short list of places to stay.

After carefully reviewing our stay, I can honestly say there was Nothing I didn't like!

there was no breakfast the location was great...right across the street from the beach. the unit was clean, quiet and well equipped.

Great location,great heated pool,only 10 units so quiet,all one level so no stairs ,parking almost at your door , across from the beach and that area is not real crowded , a pedestrian warning light walk across gulf blvd a few away , a convenience store ,Dunkin’ Donuts and pizza and brew house within walking distance , a few blocks walking there is a fish house 7-11 and the recommended Friendly Tavern PJ’s Oyster Bar and grill a short drive a must for Chicago style oysters

Loved the pool, location right across the street from beach access, kitchen in the room. Great stay for my family! Easy check in. Great communication through text from staff and they were very accommodating. Snacks and water were left in the room when we arrived. There were 3 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels available in our room during our stay. Will def be back!!

The couch, chair and beds need to be updated but other than that, everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
