"Average apartment in an incredible location."

The location and the views were incredible. There was broadband available in the apartment. The restaurant onsite was nice for lunch and drinks.

The AC was leaking in both bedrooms. The TV didn't work at the start and had very limited channels. The washing machine in the apartment broke when we were there. It took a fews days to replace so we had to use the onsite services instead. There was a list of rules all over the apartment which wasn't too welcoming. A small bit of investment in the apartment would make a big difference. Also the 3 euro rental per day for the sun loungers adds up.

"Right place for a holiday with combination beach, pool, relaxing and close to the town."

Location is great. Next to beach and close to Marbella town. Garden at Skol with 3 pools and a bar is very comfortable. Direct entrance to the beach and boulevard.

Maybe a bit maintenance in the apartment. More or other pans with fitting lit.
