the house was very comfortable, everything my guys required was there, we had a slight problem getting the boiler to work, but this was rectified after a phone call. my guys would willingly stay there again. as a last minute booking everything was easy. parking was a godsend as we had 3no x vehicles.

It was exactly as photographed. Good size for a group of adults and a dog, plenty of space and we were able to cook together :) Great location for Oxford itself, we were there for the British Transplant games that had venues all over!

It was clean enough for me! Some people might be fussier but for me, more than acceptable for a pet friendly property. Slightly musty smell in main bathroom.

Location near ring road

The location to our event on the Saturday was a 10bminute walk away. The beds were comfy. A full working kitchen.

More towels would have been nice. Also, the bathrooms didn't have any amenities, including toilet paper.

The flat was warm and was well located for public transport into the centre of Oxford. The kitchen facilities worked well - cooker, fridge / freezer and washing machine. There was ample parking for 2 car and in fact if you did a bit of cleaver parking you might have got 3 cars in, if that was needed.

There were three bedrooms as the flat is advertised as sleeping 6, however, there were only 4 sets of cutlery, 4 sets of plates and bowls, glass wear etc. Also there was only 4 chairs for the dinning table. I had read a review which was left by previous guests a couple of days before we arrived. I messaged the Landlord about the there only being 4 sets of cutlery, chairs etc and his response was that although the flat is advertised as sleeping 6 the pictures on Booking.com only show 4 sets of each, as if this was some kind of contractual, "buyer beware". The TV is not connected to any TV channels and is run via the internet hub. So if you have a login for iPlayer or xITV then you are OK, otherwise the TV effectively does not work. The shower in the on suite bathroom drained very slowly and was near to being blocked. The hot water in the main bathroom's bath was quite cool - we topped up with a kettle. Also there was no mirror in the main bathroom The outside bins (waste and recycling) had clearly not been emptied in sometime. I had to press the rubbish down hard to get our waste in. I also had to find the green recycling bin to put peelings in. It happened to be bin collection day when we were at the flat and we put the main bins out for ourselves.

The unit is only a few minutes drive from the city centre. It is very close to some small supermarkets and take away stores. The unit was comfortable and clean. The owner was responsive.

Unfortunately, the internet did not work for the entire time we were there. That meant I was unable to work and there was no television. I understand that this was beyond the owners control. The bedroom furniture relatively basic. Some of the finishes need updating.

Nothing really

Check in was supposed to be 3pm and we received the door code after 3:30pm There was no WiFi and TV had a broken screen and not working The sheets were not ironed and there weren't enough towels for 6 people Beds were squeaky Most of the closets and drawers were cheap broken furniture Drains were blocked in the ensuite bathroom so 6 people we had to share one bathroom There were only 4 dining chairs, only 4 forks, 4 spoons and 4 knives and we were 6 people so we ended up eating in groups! The whole property was very run down and felt cheap and filthy We tried to contact the property by text and call but nobody ever answered or got back to us. It is really a disgrace that such low quality properties are rented through Booking.com

Location, access and everything worked out as it should. Spoke with owner multiple times on timings and they were amazing. Even let us check out later than required which helped a lot.

Very little to dislike. The main part that stood out was that it seemed like to decorating had recently been done, so there were some remnants of that (masking tape on walls). But that was the only thing.
