Clean, comfortable and location was fine. Appreciated the welcome bubbly!! Liked the little fireplace in the living room!

Very small bathroom and needs an upgrade with a fan!! :)

Everything! Self check in was straightforward, beautiful house with everything we needed, including the lovely little gift basket. House nice and cosy and beds super comfy. The road was very quiet despite being among other houses. Lots of free on street parking. Loved the large tv in one of the bedrooms! There isn’t a dining table but this was fine for us. Nice little walk to the waters edge. We enjoyed a day in Lancaster and some time on morecambe prom. Highly recommend this lovely little home.

Nothing to dislike at all but if anyone is unsure on their feet take care at the top of the stairs, fairly steep steps.

Made a last minute booking for the property and were able to check in within half an hour. The host was informative and friendly and the check in process was very smooth. The property itself was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Nice size with a kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. The hosts left a thoughtful welcome gift of biscuits, coffee, and a bottle of wine! Also provided a netflix account and some board games; everything you need for a lovely stay!

They kindly provided towels, but no shower gel. Also the landing of the stairs is slightly dangerous. Otherwise excellent stay and nothing to fault.

Lovely accommodation - very stylish, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but the property would be great for a longer stay and we will certainly consider it for future visits.

"Ideal place to stay in Lancaster"

Very comfortable and stylish with lots of nice touches. Clearly a lot of thought and care went into it. Literally 10 - 15 minutes walk from town. Very reasonable cost.
